- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Application, and interaction patterns;
- Transaction Data: Records of parking spot trades, Park Points transactions, and trade history.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
If you choose to sign in using Google authentication, we may receive:
- Your Google account email address;
- Your name and profile picture as set in your Google account;
- Other information you have made publicly available on your Google account.

- To create and manage your user account;
- To enable parking spot trading between Users;
- To process and track Park Points transactions;
- To process e-wallet cashouts and top-ups when these features are implemented;
- To provide real-time location-based services;
- To facilitate voice communication between trading parties;
- To resolve disputes between Users.

- To send you trade notifications and updates;
- To respond to your inquiries and support requests;
- To send important notices about changes to our Terms or policies.
2.3 Improvement and Analytics

- Hosting and maintaining the Application (Firebase/Google Cloud);
- Providing authentication services (Google, Firebase Auth);
- Enabling voice communication features (Agora);
- Analytics and performance monitoring (Vercel Analytics);
- Payment processing (e-wallet providers, payment gateways) when cashout and top-up features are implemented.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:
- Valid legal process (court orders, subpoenas);
- Requests from law enforcement agencies;

- Protection of our rights or the safety of Users.
4.4 Business Transfers
